Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens if you need to cancel, move a date, or ask for your money back.

Last updated: July 2026. Bookings on this site are sold by Stelix Media Solutions Sdn Bhd, C-11-05, Sunway Nexis, No.1 Jalan PJU 5/1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

What is sold here

  • AI Experience Day — a paid half-day session at our office. Seats per date are limited.
  • AI Automation Workshop — a multi-day training programme.
  • Services (automation setup, business systems, web development) — quoted and contracted separately. Those engagements are governed by their own agreement, not this page.

Cancelling a booking

One window applies to everything sold on this site, so there is nothing to work out:

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the session or workshop starts — full refund.
  • Less than 14 days before — the booking can be moved to another date at no charge, or you may send someone else in your place. At that point the fee is no longer refundable, because the seat, materials and catering are already committed.
  • You may transfer your place to another person at any time, including on the day. Just tell us their name beforehand.
  • If you do not attend and did not tell us, the fee is not refundable.

If we cancel or move a date

If we postpone or cancel a session for any reason, the choice is yours: move to another date, or take a full refund. We contact you directly on the phone number and email used for the booking.

How to request a refund

Email info@stelixmedia.com.my or WhatsApp +6011-3680 6823 with the name and phone number used for the booking, the session date, and your payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Once submitted, the money normally reaches you within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or wallet. We do not charge a fee to process a refund.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice, or charged an amount you did not expect, tell us and we refund the difference in full. No deadline applies to this.
